Supervises seal coating crew with daily work assignments which includes providing direction to safely manage jobsite work zones. Ensures safety rules are followed, and monitors project performance while ensuring the proper repair, maintenance, and construction activity is completed in accordance with designated specifications
Manage crews performing sealcoat, crack fill. Striping, wheel stops, signage, bollards
· Perform pre sight visits prior to starting a job – barricading jobs if needed
· Perform post site completion visits to the job – removing barricades if needed
· Coordinate with customers during job progression
· Create phased site plans for upcoming jobs
· Coordinate and ensure that proper materials are on site to complete each construction project Schedule tanker deliveries at shop and on job sites
· Coordinate with subcontractors
· Communicate with managers regarding weather status, start time and coordination of workflow on job site if Paving Crews are still working
· Ability to manage multiple crews at a time
